Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and motivated Laboratory Manager to lead laboratory operations with this FIFO role to join our onsite geochemical laboratories and ensure the delivery of high-quality analytical services.
• Responsibilities include, however, are not limited to: Lead, mentor, and develop laboratory staff, maintaining appropriate staffing levels; Encourage continuous improvement and skills development across the team; Liaise with clients regarding sample analysis requirements and technical queries.
