Key Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in process management, project management, risk management or change management
  • At least 2 years managing stakeholders across business functions
  • At least 2 years of experience of using Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience (Preferred)
  • At least 4 years of experience in process management, project management, risk management or change management (Preferred)
  • At least 2 years of banking payments experience (Preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience delivering large scale transformational initiatives (Preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering or interacting with senior leaders (Preferred)
  • BPM, PMP, Lean, Agile, Six Sigma or PROSCI certification (Preferred)
