Job Summary

  • The Team Leader will provide day-to-day supervision and leadership on the shop floor, manage resources to add value to production operations whilst ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, quality and business systems.
  • As an Operations Team Lead, you will provide frontline leadership on the shopfloor by day-to day supervision including daily production output tracking, mentoring and coaching.
  • Champion best practice improvement principles (e.g Process Excellence, Lean) to drive continuous improvement culture.

Key Requirements

  • Higher National Diploma in Management or related discipline
  • 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory management role
