Job Summary
Deliver PSTC courses using face-to-face, blended learning, eLearning, emulators, and part-task trainers including Naval Afloat and terrestrial Communications equipment, Naval Electronic Equipment, and Naval Command and control systems.
Ensure training delivery aligns with Navy policy and procedures, including Trainee Progress Management (TPM), provide pre- and post-course support, conduct assessments, and generate reports.
