Job Summary

  • Deliver PSTC courses using face-to-face, blended learning, eLearning, emulators, and part-task trainers including Naval Afloat and terrestrial Communications equipment, Naval Electronic Equipment, and Naval Command and control systems.
  • Ensure training delivery aligns with Navy policy and procedures, including Trainee Progress Management (TPM), provide pre- and post-course support, conduct assessments, and generate reports.
