Job Summary
Provide scientific and application support to clinical laboratory customers, acting as a trusted technical partner throughout pre- and post-sales activities.
Contribute directly to customer satisfaction by supporting daily laboratory operations, resolving application-related issues, and delivering high-quality training and education on Beckman Coulter Diagnostics solutions.
This position reports to the Field Service Application Leader – Brazil and is part of the Field Service Application Team, located in Recife, PE, working remotely and primarily at customer sites.

fluency in English and Portuguese
Ability to travel frequently (up to 80% of the time)
