Job Summary
Establish and own a repository of competitor AI-augmentation strategies, as well as associated insights such as spans of control, org sizes, org designs, talent profiles and people, that identifies 3-5 high-leverage "innovation signals" per quarter for our Work Lab.
Develop and maintain a proprietary database of industry-specific "Human-to-Agent" ratios to validate our "North Star" organizational health metrics.
You are expected to be a daily, active user of AI tools—leveraging agents and assistants to manage your own workload and synthesize market signals.
