Job Summary
The Finance Manager will play a critical role in providing financial insights for potential acquisitions primarily within the organization’s W2 Channel.
This role involves close collaboration with business unit executives, and other stakeholders to drive strategic deal sourcing and evaluation, end-to-end due diligence, and deal structuring and execution.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in FP&A, finance, or business analysis
Advanced financial modeling and analysis skills
Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with financial reporting and general ledger applications
FINRA licenses (Series 7 or SIE) preferred
CPA, CFA or CMA designations preferred
Prior financial services industry experience preferred
