Job Summary
Provide accurate, practical and timely legal advice on a broad range of matters, including commercial contracts, corporate transactions, regulatory compliance (UK and overseas).
Work collaboratively with senior leadership and other stakeholders across all functions to help deliver the Lloyd’s Strategy and provide legal and regulatory advice from an early stage or when requested, in projects and programmes.
