Must-have
10-15 years construction industry experience
5 years focused on project controls
Expertise in RS Means and cost databases
Proficiency in OnScreen Takeoff or Bluebeam
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management
Nice-to-have
Experience with BIM and model-based estimating
Knowledge of sustainable building practices
Familiarity with Procore or e-Builder platforms
Understanding of value engineering analysis
