A core pillar of this role is leading commercial engagements for Dentsu's adtech products, including demand-side platforms, measurement tools, attribution capabilities, identity solutions, and retail media offerings.
Beyond direct selling, the Growth Operations Manager is responsible for the health of the commercial operation itself, including maintaining pipeline hygiene, owning sales forecasting, managing CRM discipline, and running regular performance reviews.
