Job Summary

  • The Head of Conduct Compliance and Ethics (CC&E) leads a team providing second line oversight and leadership of CC&E activities, ensuring the compliance risk management cycle is executed effectively and that stakeholders receive timely, practical advice, challenge and escalation on conduct and ethics matters.
  • You will oversee and challenge the local implementation of regulatory requirements and ING compliance by means of issue tracking, monitoring, Risk Dashboards and other risk specific reporting to internal stakeholders.
