Base: $160,000 - $240,000 USD Annual; Bonus/Equity: Incentive compensation (exempt roles only); Benefits: Comprehensive plan including 401(k) match, medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs

Must-have
5+ years software development experience
C#, Python, PowerShell proficiency
Microsoft 365 and Azure administration
Azure Entra ID identity management
DevOps pipeline and GitHub experience
Nice-to-have
AI tooling governance knowledge
Copilot Studio agent oversight
Financial institution compliance experience
SANS or similar security certifications
Google Workspace administration expertise
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification
Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert certification
Security Certifications such as SANS
Experience designing DLP policies for financial institutions
