Base: $88,200–$132,400 annually; Bonus: Eligible for competitive annual bonus program; Benefits: Extended health, dental, retirement matching, and fitness classes

Must-have
6+ years finance experience
Expert Excel knowledge required
P&L ownership and forecasting
Budget setting and variance analysis
Strong analytical modeling skills
Nice-to-have
Retail industry experience asset
Power BI or Oracle Analytics Cloud
CPA or MBA credential
Fluency in Spanish language
Oracle EPM software knowledge
