Job Summary
Advising clients on a full range of employment issues, including recruitment, remuneration, grievance procedures, and termination of employment.
Supporting the corporate department with employment issues arising out of transactions, such as undertaking employment due diligence and drafting warranties.
Defending clients on large scale and complex employment disputes in local courts and financial centres, and advising on settlement of disputes.
