Experience managing Works Council relationships in France Germany Netherlands
Ability to conduct investigations and resolve complex issues globally
Nice-to-have
Multilingual preferred with fluent English and another European language
Strong presentation and training skills for educating managers
Experience with ER case management solutions and data analytics
Cultural awareness navigating distinct labour landscapes across EMEA
Pragmatic and empathetic problem-solving approach
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
Preferably CIPD qualified
Extensive experience in multiple EMEA jurisdictions including Germany Poland Czech Republic Italy Spain France Netherlands
