Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Entry-level troubleshooting experience in ICT
Basic knowledge of ITIL processes and management agents
Proficiency with ITSM tools and ticketing systems
Ability to work rotating 24x7 shifts including weekends
Strong client-centric communication and active listening skills

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT or Computing
Australian Citizenship required (NV1 clearance)
Residence in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne metropolitan area
