  • Employees must participate in quality assurance programs, facility surveys, and staff development training including OSHA and HIPAA.

Key Requirements

  • Current active LPN/LVN license
  • Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or accredited college
  • Current CPR certification
  • Knowledge of PCC preferred
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
