Salary

Base: $119,000 - $135,000; Bonus/Equity: annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan; Benefits: comprehensive benefits and programs

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Proposals
  • 3 years of Experience in Program Management, Engineering Project management, Risk Management, Customer Account Management or Contract Management, within the Aviation or similar industry
  • 1 year Experience with Lean practices and tools
  • Ability to travel 15% of the time
  • Ability to prove U.S. Person status
