Job Summary

  • You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met.
  • We are looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our team and act as a strategic consultant on labor relations and compliance matters.
  • Conducts Employee Relations intakes with managers within SLA of 24-48 hours, documents intake details in case management tool, determines key stakeholders to engage, pulls employee profile, previous performance history, signed policies, and initiates investigation strategy document.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Shared Services Centers (SSC)
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Labor Law
  • Experience handling disciplinary cases, job abandonment, and compliance
  • Advanced English
  • Excellent communication and consultative skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • High level of ethics and discretion
