Base: $18.50-$20.50 USD per hour; Bonus/Equity: Variable income opportunities including commission and bonus; Benefits: Free membership, health/dental/vision, 401(k) matching
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Valid personal training certification required
CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
Ability to lift more than 40 lbs routinely
Available to work nights and weekends
Pass background check successfully
Nice-to-have
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Passion for fitness and desire to win
Experience in customer service and sales
Excellent MS Office skills

Key Requirements
2-3 years of customer service experience
1 year of sales experience
1 year of supervisory experience
