Job Description: 1. Direct and manage all shipyard steel fabrication, sub-assembly, and block erection processes to ensure timely project delivery. 2. Develop and implement efficient steel production schedules in line with overall objectives 3. Ensure all steelworks comply with Class society standards, client specifications, and QA/QC requirements. 4. Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximize productivity and minimize wastage. 5. Work closely with the HSE department to enforce strict safety protocols and foster strong culture on work sites 6. Manage and evaluate the performance of Steel Supervisors and sub-contractors’ workforce 7.This position is required to be full-time based in Indonesia, Batam. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Naval Architecture, Marine, or Mechanical Engineering. 2. At least 8-10 years working experience in a relevant shipyard management role. 3. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage. 4. Able to work in Batam, Indonesia Full time
