Job Summary
The role of the Social Worker is to create an environment in the home that provides opportunity for the community members to enjoy the highest possible quality of life and provides psychosocial support to residents, families, and partners.
Responsibilities include knowing each resident and their family, participating in care planning, leading the Grievance Committee, and providing annual education on Abuse, Neglect, and Misappropriation.
