Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
GxP Biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience
cGMP compliance and regulatory knowledge
Cross-functional team leadership skills
Project management and change management expertise
Nice-to-have
Agile Scrum Master certification preferred
PMI PMP certification a plus
Digital Plant IT collaboration experience
Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience with Matrix organization management
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline
Minimum 5 years GxP Biopharmaceutical experience
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Minitab/JMP
Demonstrated history of functional accomplishments in production/manufacturing
