Job Summary
The Applications Engineer serves as the technical liaison between customers, sales, and internal engineering teams within the wire and cable manufacturing environment.
Develop wire and cable designs based on industry specifications or custom based on customer requirements and prepare technical documentation including product specifications, cable construction drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), etc.
Build an understanding of industry and government standards, material science, and manufacturing technologies to support current and new products.
