Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Founder / CEO Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Founder and executive leadership. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison across departments and contribute to strategic and operational efficiency. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Founder / CEO Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily schedules Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents for internal and external use Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and partners Assist in business planning, project coordination, and execution of key initiatives Conduct research, data analysis, and market intelligence to support decision-making Follow up on action items and ensure timely execution across departments Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Support ad-hoc tasks and special projects assigned by the CEO RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality Ability to work independently and under pressure Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
