Job Summary

  • This role serves as the connective tissue between the People team's ambitions and the POI organization's capacity, owning the end-to-end intake process.
  • The successful candidate will build and deploy an intelligent AI agent to automate scoping, duplicate detection, and prioritization guidance for work requests.
  • You will act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, facilitating trade-off discussions and ensuring limited resources are directed at highest-priority initiatives.
