Job Summary

  • The Evaluator I is responsible for conducting objective and independent assessments of operational, safety, and technical processes at Allegiant Air.
  • This role involves collaborating with management to develop effective Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) to resolve evaluation non-conformances and improve operational safety assurance components.
  • Travel up to 30% may be required, including international travel, to perform scheduled and special evaluations across various operational areas.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Minimum two years Part 121 or 135 air carrier experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Safety or related field
  • Working knowledge of IOSA Standards and Recommended Practices
  • Experience conducting audits and investigations
  • Understanding of 14 CFR Part 5 and Safety Management Systems

Nice-to-have

  • FAA Airman Certificate as Dispatcher Pilot Mechanic
  • Previous experience maintaining corporate safety standards
  • Ability to understand complex business operational processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Aviation, Safety, Business, Risk Management
  • Minimum two years experience with Part 121/135 carrier or military
  • Must pass a Criminal Background Check
  • Valid/Unexpired Passport Book required
  • Valid/Unexpired Driver's License required
