  • The Executive Director leads end-to-end people strategy across a complex, global, and matrixed client group, with accountability for workforce planning, organizational design, talent and succession strategy, change leadership, and culture.
  • The starting compensation range for this role is $257,040 - $311,472, with additional incentive cash and stock opportunities potentially available.
