As a Decision Engine Team Lead, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the assigned team, collaborating with SoFi Engineering and other BU teams.
Responsibilities include crafting rulesets and automation, leveraging software development skills across the entire SDLC, and applying robust debugging skills.
You will coach and guide team members on best practices, areas of improvement, and be responsible for team performance tracking including bugs, velocity, and other team metrics.
