Job Summary

• Drive world-class integrated communications programs for Philips’ Ultrasound Business within Precision Diagnosis (PD) to strengthen reputation and advance business priorities.
• Develop and lead strategic communications plans, narratives, and content for Ultrasound and PD, supporting employee engagement, reputation, and the mission to provide better care to more people.
• Serve as a trusted communications advisor to the Business Unit Management Team, building communications capability and leading internal and external programs across reputation, brand, culture, and transformation.

Salary

$184,000 to $292,000; Annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered; Generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement

Key Requirements

• 8+ years experience with Bachelor's OR 6+ years experience with Master's
• Direct experience in strategic B2B communication
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Brand Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
• US work authorization
