Job Summary

  • This position will be responsible for consulting with local and regional leaders within assigned business units as well as providing guidance and support to the business across all areas of Human Resources.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues, conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations including claims of discrimination and harassment.
  • Maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.

Key Requirements
