Job Summary
This position reports to the Content Transmission Manager and is responsible for the supervision and direct leadership for Content Transmission Specialists in a 24x7x365 live production environment.
They will manage team performance, customer relationships and oversee the daily operations and provide support during special projects/high-profile events and all associated transmissions and on-air quality control for the department.
The Content Transmission Supervisor will review and update onboarding, training, staff scheduling and standard operating procedure (SOP) documents.

Key Requirements
5+ years' experience in Broadcast TV transmissions
Extensive knowledge of transmission systems, technologies and providers
Experience in contract negotiations and budget preparation
College Degree and Communications or Technical concentration preferred
