• The Controls Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of electrical control and automation systems that support aluminum casting and machining operations at the Bedford plant.
• Key responsibilities include designing, programming, and troubleshooting PLC- and HMI-based control systems, configuring industrial networks, and implementing servo, motion control, and drive systems.
• The role requires supporting new equipment and major modification projects, leading controls-driven CI projects, and providing advanced troubleshooting support to resolve complex equipment issues.
