Job Summary

  • The Chief People Officer’s Chief of Staff Team is a collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive high-performing group that represents the CPO and the People Team with direct exposure to the People Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Responsibilities include providing day-to-day strategic support for the CPO’s highest-priority engagements, developing briefing materials, and serving as a liaison between the Office of the CPO and key stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, consulting, project management, or analytical roles

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (preferred)
  • Background in OD, talent management, or people analytics (preferred)
  • Project management experience with agile (preferred)
