Job Summary

  • This role provides strategic direction and financial expertise to the Chief Financial Officer and Insurance Leadership team while reporting with a dotted line to the President & CEO.
  • The successful candidate will manage all financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls to meet requirements from OSFI and the legal entity Board.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 10+ years insurance industry finance experience
  • CPA CA or Actuarial designation required
  • Expert knowledge of OSFI regulatory reporting
  • Experience with Investment and Risk Committees
  • Five-year financial and capital planning expertise

  • Strong stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience in Wealth Management environment

Key Requirements

  • University degree
  • Professional accounting designation (CPA CA, CMA, CGA) or Actuarial designation
