Job Summary

• Complete nutritional reviews according to federal and state guidelines, including initial, quarterly, annual, and significant change assessments.
• Assist in coordinating nutrition care services with the Dietary Supervisor and consult with physicians and other health care personnel to determine resident needs.
• Monitor food services operations to ensure conformance to nutritional, safety, sanitation, and quality standards, as well as state and federal regulations.
