  • As the hub of customer and internal quality management, to achieve the pre-control of quality risks and the improvement of customer satisfaction through efficient closed-loop customer complaints and precise conversion of customer standards.
  • Responsible for the maintenance company's related system, organization and coordination of internal and external audit and management review, leading company's system continuous improvement.
