Job Summary
The ACLU seeks a Deputy Director to oversee the transition to a new support structure following a major system migration project.
This role partners with Development leadership to ensure the Support, Knowledge, and Training teams meet established SLAs for user support and business intelligence.
This is an 18-month term-limited hybrid position requiring in-office presence two days per week or eight days per month.
