Job Summary
This role offers a comprehensive development experience through a series of three-month rotational assignments, shadowing key leaders including a Process Engineer, Health and Safety Manager, Plant Optimization Leader, and Business Leader.
You will engage in hands-on learning activities, contribute to plant optimization projects, and apply problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies aligned with business objectives.
At the successful conclusion of the first year of the MLDP program, the candidate would then be typically assigned to a one year assignment as a Shift Operations Manager.
