Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field
  • 8 or more years of progressive HR experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Title VII, Civil Rights Act, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, SCA, PDA
  • Proven ability to coach leaders on sensitive employee issues
  • Experience administering compensation activities and pay band reviews
