• As a Senior Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions within the Financial Institutions sector, you will be at the forefront of transformative banking and financial services transactions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Your responsibilities will span the full transaction lifecycle, including market screening and identification of potential targets or investors, preparing persuasive marketing materials such as comprehensive pitch books and customized presentations, and actively participating in negotiation processes through to deal signing and completion.

• More than 3 years of professional experience
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of at least an additional programming language
• Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CFA) highly regarded

• Advanced analytical thinking
• Fluent English and Greek verbal and writing skills
