  • Lead complex workstreams and end-to-end solution delivery within Workday Adaptive Planning implementations, bridging hands-on configuration with solution leadership and client engagement.
  • Own one or more functional workstreams end-to-end, including scope, solution quality, timelines, and client engagement, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Contribute to practice assets, accelerators, and reusable artefacts while actively participating in internal enablement and capability-building initiatives.
