Job Summary
Conduct regularly planned visits to establish a trusting rapport for eligible HANDS families.
Assist parents with child development, parenting skills, health services and other needed resources identified at the initial assessment or during visits.
Provide support to parents during the prenatal period and up to, but not inclusive of the child’s third birthday following the initial parent visit assessment.
