Job Summary
The Senior Counsel will provide legal advice and counsel to management and project teams on matters relating to engineering, procurement, construction, operations, and maintenance for utility-scale wind, solar, and battery energy storage projects.
Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating EPC Agreements, O&M Agreements, Turbine Supply Agreements, and Module Supply Agreements, as well as representing the company in major transactions and negotiations.

Base: $200,000—$230,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: eligible to earn an annual cash bonus; Benefits: comprehensive menu of benefits
