SAP SD expertise
Order to Cash (OTC) process knowledge
Application development and deployment lifecycle
Team leadership and mentoring
Project planning and budget management
Business requirements and user story development
Application integrations and data management
Nice-to-have
Experience with Salesforce-based CPQ
Knowledge of eCommerce and eBilling
Use of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Strong communication and presentation skills
PMP and IT certifications preferred
Familiarity with Oracle B2B and RUBI
Experience with quality and service level tracking tools
Key Requirements
10+ years relevant experience
3 years as Business Analyst
7 years OTC functional lead experience
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience with SAP SD
Experience in systems development and application support
