Job Summary
Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, including processing employment documentation and coordinating payroll and employee benefit programs.
Plan, conduct, and document required drills, organize in-service education programs for staff, and maintain records of education provided.
Provide direct resident/patient care, coordinate infection control surveillance, and supervise staff, including disciplinary measures.

Key Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse (LVN or LPN) license
