  • The Patient Accounting Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of patient billing and collection processing in compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
  • Department roles may include, but is not limited to: payment posting, cash reconciliation, refund/credit processing, insurance follow up, customer service in a call center setting, self pay collections, or claim submission.

Key Requirements

  • 1 year experience in a Patient Revenue role at OSUWMC preferred
  • 6 months or more experience using PCs, websites, and Microsoft Office products preferred
  • Knowledge of Epic, or other EMR, preferred
