Job Summary
Strengthen the Corporate HR function by driving HR Controlling excellence, supporting Global HRBPs with operational HR needs, and contributing to key HR transformation initiatives.
Maintain and further develop a standardized HR Controlling framework for ExCo functions, prepare business cases for organizational changes, and partner with Corporate Controlling to reconcile HR forecasts with financial actuals.
Contribute to and occasionally lead projects across Talent, Learning, Culture, C&B, and People Analytics, while also contributing to change management activities.
