Job Summary

  • Strengthen the Corporate HR function by driving HR Controlling excellence, supporting Global HRBPs with operational HR needs, and contributing to key HR transformation initiatives.
  • Maintain and further develop a standardized HR Controlling framework for ExCo functions, prepare business cases for organizational changes, and partner with Corporate Controlling to reconcile HR forecasts with financial actuals.
  • Contribute to and occasionally lead projects across Talent, Learning, Culture, C&B, and People Analytics, while also contributing to change management activities.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, HR Controlling, People Analytics, or HR Project/Transformation
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or similar
  • Experience in project management
  • Strong understanding of HR systems (ideally Workday)
  • High proficiency in Excel
  • Full professional proficiency in English
