  • Registration as a Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check
  • Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status
  • Certified academic transcripts and clinical appraisals
  • Two Clinical Referees
