Aliaxis is seeking a Continuous Improvement and Training Lead to enhance operational efficiency and develop team capabilities across its logistics operations in the UK. The role focuses on continuous improvement initiatives, training program development, and fostering a strong health and safety culture

Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for driving operational improvements and embedding a structured tier training programme that supports consistency, flexibility and career progression across our teams.
  • You will work closely with Manufacturing CI colleagues to align on standard processes and ways of working while acting as a subject matter expert for CI and people development within Logistics.
